About Tascha Just
School psychologist, systems builder, and founder of SEL Academy, working at the intersection of trauma, neurodiversity, educational equity, and adaptive human systems.
Tascha Just, Ed.S., NCSP is the Founder of SEL Academy and President of the Minnesota School Psychologists Association. With more than 20 years of experience across education, mental health, crisis response, special education, culturally responsive practice, and organizational systems, she helps leaders translate complex human behavior into practical systems change.
Tascha built SEL Academy to create tools, trainings, and frameworks that schools and providers actually need but rarely have access to. SEL Academy specializes in the gap between what providers know and what complex human systems require them to do.
